It's Superbowl Sunday, and our menu for the game includes Hot Wings and BLT Dip. We always look for something pretty easy to make so we can relax and enjoy. Also this year I am trying to do lower carb choices. Now that I have turned 50, I have discovered carbs are not so kind to me.
