Ughhh I'm afraid I think so. With all the amazingly creative people there are out there, why come up with something that seems to almost purposefully exlude women? You almost have to wonder how it got that far without someone saying, "hey, wait a minute..." A tie is certainly not the only expression of a business situation, yikes.
